Abstract
A hand-held pulse laser distance measuring device and a pulse reflection mixing method both having an algorithm which controls a microcontroller and which serves to calculate the distance to a measurement object by at least two different time differences τ, τbetween a measurement pulse and a reference pulse with a pulse width Δt, which time differences τ, τare measured with a pulse repetition frequency f, f, respectively, wherein a selection module is provided which selects at least the first pulse repetition frequency ffrom at least a first frequency set {f}with at least one other pulse repetition frequency fin such a way that the condition |τ·f|>A >2·|Δt·f| is satisfied with a pre-selected lower limit A, a relative time difference |τ·f| and a relative pulse width |Δt·f|.
