Abstract
The invention is related to novel azulene-oxindole compounds having formula (I) shown below, wherein one of R, Rand Rrepresents a moiety of formula (II), each of Aand Aindependently is nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur, each of the others of R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, and Ris as recited in the specification. The novel compound potentially inhibits multiple kinases and thus can be used to treat some disease like cancer or inflammatory.
