Abstract
An organic electroluminescence device is disclosed which comprises an emitting layer and a hole blocking layer disposed between an electron injecting electrode (cathode) and a hole injecting electrode (anode), the material for the hole blocking layer being expressed by the following chemical formula 1: The organic electroluminescence device can improve the luminescence and driving characteristics.
