Abstract
A coloring support system suitable for realizing coloring that matches colors imaged by a user is provided. A coloring support apparatusinputs document data forming a document and acquires, on the basis of the document data inputted, color information concerning colors applied to the document. The coloring support apparatusjudges, on the basis of the color information acquired, coloring rules that match coloring applied to the document among coloring rules in a coloring rule registration DBand matching colors that match the coloring rules among the colors applied to the document. The coloring support apparatusdisplays, for each of the coloring rules judged, displays a name of the coloring rule and a coloring pallet including the matching color group.
