Abstract
An IC elementhaving an oscillation circuit and an amplification circuit is mounted on a wiring board, the IC elementis covered with a sealing resin layerhaving a windowon an upper surface of the IC element, and a shielding layeris made to adhere to the sealing resin layerand the windowfrom above. In a simple configuration, the entrance of electromagnetic waves into the IC elementis reduced, which allows a transmission signal from the IC elementto be stabilized.
