Abstract
The invention relates to a glove compartment () for a motor vehicle. In order to provide a glove compartment of such a kind that allows the driver better access, the invention proposes that the glove compartment () have a pivotal mounting by means of which the glove compartment () can be pivoted towards the driver's side of the motor vehicle.
