Abstract
An electromagnetic wave shielding devicecomprises a transparent substrate, an adhesive layerwhich is provided as needed, an electromagnetic wave shielding layer, and a transparent resin layer. The electromagnetic wave shielding layerincludes a mesh portionfacing a screen portionof an image displaying device, a transparent resin layer anchoring portionsurrounding a periphery of the mesh portion, and including openingshaving the same opening ratio as that of the openingsof the mesh portion, and a frame portionsurrounding an outer periphery of the transparent resin layer anchoring portion, and not having openings. The transparent resin layeris provided such that it covers the surfaces of the mesh portion, and the transparent resin layer anchoring portion, and fills the openings
