Abstract
In an electrode plateincluding a both-surface coated partin which an active material layerand a porous protective filmare formed, a core material exposed partwhich is an end part of the current collector core materialand in which the active material layerand the porous protective filmare not formed, and a one-surface coated partwhich is provided between the both-surface coated partand the core material exposed partand in which the active material layerand the porous protective filmare formed, a plurality of groovesare formed in both surfaces of the both-surface coated partand are not formed in the one-surface coated part. The groovesare formed so that each of the grooves extends from the porous protective filmto the active material layer
