Abstract
The invention relates to a receiving device () for a motor vehicle comprising at least one a tray-shaped container () and a hat rack (), wherein said hat rack () is shaped in such a way that it covers the tray-shaped container (), the inventive receiving device () can be placed between the loading space () and the passenger compartment () of the motor vehicle and the hat rack () is at least partly made of a flexible material.
