Abstract
A component includes a filter having a first structure and a second structure. The component also includes a substrate on which the first and second structures are arranged. The first structure has an approximately uniform layer thickness and an approximately uniform composition. The second structure has an approximately uniform layer thickness and an approximately uniform composition.
