Abstract
The present invention provides a heart-lung machine which can be carried by one person and can be used independently from an external power supply, consisting of at least three modules (), wherein a first module () contains the blood circulating elements which are necessary for the function of a heart-lung machine, a second module () contains a pump drive () and an electronic measuring equipment and a control logic () and a third module () contains the programming unit (), whereas the second unit is separably connected to the first and the third module.
