Abstract
A light wave radar apparatus includes a frequency deviation detecting unitfor detecting a frequency deviation fof a light signal, and a weighted average processing unitfor determining a systematic error ΔVfrom the frequency deviation fdetected by the frequency deviation detecting unit, and subtracts the systematic error ΔVfrom a wind velocity Vcalculated by a Doppler signal processing unit. As a result, the light wave radar apparatus can carry out a measurement of the wind velocity Vwith a high degree of precision.
