Abstract

A composition comprising an adiponectin variant at a concentration of at least 2.0 mg/mL, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein less than 20% of said adiponectin variant would aggregate after storage at 4° C. for one week in 10 mM PO, 150 mM NaCl buffer.
