Isolated nucleic acid molecules encoding coccidian casein kinase I, CKI, enzymes from the speciesandare disclosed. The isolation of these coccidian CKI cDNA sequences results in the disclosure of purified forms ofandCKI proteins, recombinant vectors and recombinant hosts which express coccidian CKI.
