Abstract

Both water intrusion and wind noise issues are addressed with an audio porting assembly including a single frame () having a speaker cavity () and a microphone cavity () formed therein. An opening () formed within the frame () between the speaker cavity () and the microphone cavity () provides a path for indirect porting from the speaker cavity into the microphone cavity. A unitarily molded membrane () provides a seal over the frame ().
