A solid-state imaging device includes a photoelectric conversion unit, an analog shift register, and signal output unitsand. The analog shift register is divided into a first transfer sectionand a second transfer sectionwith a substantially central region of the analog shift register being set as a boundary. A common transfer sectionis provided in the boundary between the first transfer section and the second transfer section.
