Abstract

The present invention provides methods for preparing compounds having activity as dopamine autoreceptor agonists and partial agonists at the postsynaptic dopamine Dreceptor. These compounds are useful for treating dopaminergic disorders, such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, Parkinson's disease, Tourette's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, and drug addiction.
