Abstract
In a woven belt and a seat belt apparatus using the same, it is an object to improve the abrasion resistance thereof. A woven beltis made by weaving warp threadextending in substantially the longitudinal direction of webbing and weft threadextending in substantially the width direction of the webbing. Employed as at least either of the warp threadand the weft threadis fiber bundle containing thermal adhesion yarns (for example, each comprising a low melting point filament componenthaving a relatively low melting point and a high melting point filament componenthaving a relatively high melting point), thereby improving the strength of the fiber bundle and thus improving the entire abrasion resistance of the woven belt
