A personal training device () adapted to assist a user in reaching performance goals, navigating, and accumulating performance statistics. In a preferred embodiment, the device broadly comprises a housing (); an attachment mechanism (); a GPS component (); a user interface (), including an input portion () and an output portion (); a processor (), including a timer () and a memory element (); a data interface (), including an input portion () and an output portion (); an audio component (); and a power supply ().
