Abstract
A circuit control apparatus for establishing a connection to a communication partner via a public circuit network or via a computer network is disclosed. The circuit control apparatus includes: a specifying information storing partfor storing specifying information for specifying a called party to which the circuit control apparatus originates a call to establish a connection via the public circuit network; a circuit control partfor immediately originating a call via the public circuit network for establishing a connection to a called party specified by the specifying information, and for trying to originate a call via the computer network for establishing a connection to a called party that is not included in the specifying information storing part; and a changing partfor changing specifying information in the specifying information storing part.
