A differential piston (), designed as an annular piston, having pressure chambers () with at least one of the pressure chambers () being pressurized from radially inside the differential piston (), via a hollow shaft () or another radially inner element (), such as, part of a (cylinder) housing element () and a radial pressure medium-guiding channel () arranged directly within the differential piston (), such that only a single additional sealing element () is required.
