Abstract
The present invention relates to DNA polynucleotides for regulating gene expression in plants. In particular, the invention relates to 5' regulatory sequences isolated fromthat are useful for regulating gene expression of heterologous DNA molecules in plant roots. The invention also relates to transgenic plants containing the heterologous DNA molecules.
