A vehicle seat air bag assembly () having an air bag module () includes an air bag guide () of a synthetic plastic having an inner end () secured to a seat frame () and also having a tubular portion () that extends from the inner end adjacent the air bag module () toward a deployment seam () of a seat trim cover ().
