Abstract
An electrical connector assembly () for connecting an electronic package with a circuit substrate, comprising a housing assembly () with a number of contacts () received therein, a lift-up device () assembled to the housing assembly () and moved from a first position to a second position, and a pick up cap () disposed between the housing assembly () and the lift-up device (). The pick up cap () includes a body portion () and an wing portion () that can be assembled to the body portion ().
