Abstract

In a photographic apparatus (), there are included a housing () consisting of a pair of side panels () and a top panel () provided contiguously to the side panels () in pair, these panels defining together a photo compartment () in the housing (), a photographic unit () provided at the rear side of the housing () to take a picture of an object person inside the photo compartment (), printers () installed to the housing () to print an image of the object person, captured by the photographic unit (), onto a photographic paper and eject the photographic paper having the object image printed thereon to a photo outlet (), and a curtain () provided, by hanging, on the top panel () at the front side, opposite to the rear side, of the housing () to face the photographic unit (). One () of the side panels () is formed narrower than the other (). The housing () is generally flush, at the bottom thereof, with the floor surface. The area extending from the front end of the housing () to that of the narrower side panel () is an entrance () for the object person entering the photo chamber (). Because of this wide entrance (), even a person sitting on a wheelchair or using any other aid can easily enter the photo compartment () for photography.
