Abstract
A strap () connected from one lateral side to the opposing lateral side of a non-conductive plate () disposed on the prongs () of an electrical plugto permit easy removal of the electrical plugfrom a socket for elderly or infirm individuals by applying force to the strap (). The non-conductive platehas preformed openings (), which can each include a portion that is incurvate with respect to the opening for insertion of the electrical prongs therethrough. A slidable body (---) may be utilized with the strap () to retain the strap at a desired location on a power cordor provide support for a power cord. A slidable body (----) may be colored to aid in identifying a power cordor appliance connected thereto.
