Abstract
In a wire pairincluding a first signal lineand a second signal line, the first signal lineand the second signal lineare laid out so that they have substantially the same stray capacitance. Two output terminals of a measured deviceand an input terminal of a differential amplifierare connected together by the wire pair. Thus, noise included in the first signal lineand noise included in the second signal linebecome common-mode noise, which are canceled out by the differential amplification of the differential amplifier
