Abstract

A composite electronic component provided is one with sufficient impact resistance. In this resonator, a piezoelectric elementis supported by receiversin platelike holding portions, and edge partsin the holding portionsare in contact with a capacitive element. This results in keeping the distance constant between the piezoelectric elementand the capacitive element. Furthermore, even if an impact is exerted on the resonator, the platelike holding portionswill absorb the impact. Therefore, an improvement is made in impact resistance of the resonator
