Abstract
A unified time can be simply set between data measuring instruments, and when the clock function of a specific data measuring instrument was damaged, the data measuring instrument can be immediately set to have the unified time, and when a certain data measuring instrument was managed with a plurality of PCs, it is not necessary to adjust the difference of time between the PCs, and in addition even when a data measuring instrument was used in the state with time zone difference, it is not necessary to adjust the difference of time due to the time zone difference. A PCcan obtain the time information of a provider side serverat the timing of transmitting measuring information to the provider side serverto synchronize therewith, and a relay keycan obtain the time information from the PCto synchronize therewith. The relay keyrecords a time stamp on the measuring information transmitted from the data measuring instrumentor the like based on the above time information, and transmits to the PCthe measuring information on which the time stamp was recorded, and the PCforwards the measuring information to the provider side server
