The invention relates to a fiber-optic seismic sensor () with a test body (), characterized in that the test body () comprises several separate dishes () that are distributed around the direction of the sensitive axis of the sensor and two star-shaped elements () placed on either side of the dishes () and mechanically linking said dishes () together.
