A vehicle information processing systemconducts wireless communications between a preceding vehicleand a succeeding vehicle, and exhibits information on a winker operation of the preceding vehicleto a driver of the succeeding vehicle, and includes vehicle-mounted apparatusesin the preceding and succeeding vehicles, of which onein the preceding vehiclewirelessly transmits information on a winker operation of the preceding vehicle, and the otherin the succeed vehiclereceives the wirelessly transmitted information on the winker state, and exhibits same to a driver of the succeeding vehicle, while the apparatusin the succeeding vehicleestimates a relationship between the preceding vehicleand the succeeding vehicle, judges whether an exhibition liming of the information on the winker state is to be hastened or delayed based on an estimation result, and exhibits the information on the winker state at the judged timing.
