Depressions are formed in a surface () of the housing to form the receptacles (-) and the channels. A diaphragm () seals the receptacles and the channels relative to said surface (). When a pressure variation is applied to a portion of the diaphragm sealing a receptacle, liquid is caused to be displaced to or from that receptacle.
