Abstract
An EL panel which can restrain a sealing resin from deteriorating characteristics of EL devices even when sealed with the resin, and a method of making the same are provided. An EL panelin accordance with the present invention comprises a plurality of EL devicesconstructed by successively laminating an anode, an organic layer, and a cathodeon a transparent substrate; wallspositioned between the EL devicesadjacent to each other; and a sealing plateintegrally covering the plurality of EL devicesand walls; wherein a resinis interposed between the transparent substrateand the sealing plate, while a spaceis formed between the walland the organic layerof the EL devices, whereby resin components of the sealing resinare significantly restrained from eroding the organic layerof the EL devices
