Abstract
Electrochemical active cathode layers (MoO, FeS) are produced on the substrate of stainless steel, aluminum, or titanium by the method of thermal vacuum condensation-solidification. This method enables formation of active cathode layer in the wide thickness range of 0.5 μm-3.0 mm.
