Abstract

The search method comprises a first step of receiving a service inquiry request; a second step of making an inquiry about policy information of a clientwho requested service and obtaining the policy information of the clientfrom a policy database; a third step of sending a request to search for a server matching the service sought after by the request and obtaining information showing the server matching the service from a registry; a fourth step of extracting a server meeting the policy information of the client obtained in the second step out of servers related to the information obtained in the third step; and a fifth step of transmitting information showing the server extracted in the fourth step to the source of the request to search for service.
