Abstract
An asymmetrical multiprocessor system includes a plurality of processors. At least the first processor and the second processor are asymmetrical to each other. The plurality of processors execute a plurality of unit jobs, workloads for which are foreseeable, the unit jobs being allocated job by job to the plurality of processors. For this purpose, a unit job list, which is used as reference information when the unit jobs are allocated to the plurality of processors, are prepared. Based on the unit job list, unit job scheduling is performed, so as to determine in what order the unit jobs are to be executed, and to which processor the unit jobs are to be allocated. With this arrangement, it is possible to attain a high capability with less hardware resources.
