Mobile unitwhich can activate Java-AP software obtains ADFfrom IP server unit, receives SDF (security descriptive file)by using ADFfrom administering server unitwhich a trustworthy organization (a communication provider which administers mobile packet communication network) administers, and obtains Jar fileby using ADFfrom IP server unit. Then, mobile unitinstalls Java-AP software containing these files.
