Abstract

The present invention provides a chipthat enables an immunoassay with high accuracy and without requiring a high volatile reagent. The chipincludes a chip substrate, a reagent mixtureand potassium ferricyanidethat are immobilized leaving a space in between on the chip substrate. The reagent mixtureincludes at least one selected from NADP and NADPH, malate dehydrogenase, and a substrate of malate dehydrogenase. The chipfurther includes diaphorase, immobilized on the chip substrate, as a part of or a component other than the reagent mixture
