Abstract
A device () for location at an opening to a receptacle comprises a projection in the form of a hingedly movable cutter () which is located on a sleeve () which is adapted for location at the opening of the receptacle. The device () also comprises a lid () for location at the opening including a sealed compartment () in the lid () that is positionable at the opening and a longitudinal rib () located inside the lid (). In use when the lid () and its compartment () are positioned at the opening and the lid is rotated relative to the receptacle, the rib () is caused to act on the cutter () to move it into a position whereby it opens the sealed compartment (). The movement of the lid () in a unidirectional rotation alone with respect to the receptacle causes both opening of the compartment () followed by removal of the lid () from the receptacle.
