Abstract
There is disclosed a composite web of record members and a method of making same, the composite web provides tag/label pairs comprised of a tag and a label which can be feed through a printer and in which a tag/label pair can be cut from the tag web with its underlying release liner. The tag webis simple to manufacture using readily available materials. The labelcan be adhesively adhered to garment wrappings and the tag is rendered non-tacky by use of a patterned adhesive deadener.
