Abstract
There is disclosed a device including: an electron beam generation devicewhich accelerates a pulse electron beamto transmit the beam through a predetermined rectilinear orbit; a laser generation devicewhich generates a pulse laser light; a laser light introduction devicewhich introduces the pulse laser lightonto the rectilinear orbitso as to collide with the pulse electron beam; a metal targetwhich generates a particular X-rayby collision with the pulse electron beam: and a target moving devicecapable of moving the metal target between a collision positionon the rectilinear orbit and a retreat position out of the orbit.
