The present invention provides a compound having the formula: wherein, n and m are; Xand Xare O; Ris a member selected from unsubstituted phenyl and substituted phenyl; Ris a member selected from hydrogen, —CN, —OR, -L—C(O)R, -L—S(O)R; Ris a member selected from unsubstituted benzyl and substituted benzyl; Ris a member selected from hydrogen and substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, wherein if Ris methyl, then -L-Ris not benzyl or —C(O)—O—CH—CH; and Lis a bond; and compositions and methods of using the compounds as glucocorticoid receptor modulators.
