Abstract

Method for enhancing the reliability of the traceability of blood samples resulting from collection of whole blood in a mother blood bag using sampling kits, whose contents vary depending on the blood products needed and statutory regulations, and which are mainly composed of bags connected to each other by tubes and incorporating at least one filtration unit. Each bag includes an electronic chip capable of memorising and exchanging information with an electronic communication device.
