Abstract
A vacuum magnetic ion trap includes an assembly forming a permanent magnet including at least two magnetized structures () in the form of hollow cylinders, one convergent radial structure, magnetized along a convergent radial direction, and one divergent radial structure, magnetized along a divergent radial direction, the convergent and divergent radial magnetized structures () being arranged along a common longitudinal axis (XX') The trap also includes a sealed chamber () containing anion confinement cell () fixed between the at least two magnetized structures () and including at least two trapping electrodes () connectable to a voltage generator ().
