Abstract
A bath and its method of use are disclosed, such bath containing fluid and producing waves of sufficient size to provide exercise to a user, such bath having areas of movement in its bottom, the sequential movement of which causes such waves to move to cause the user to exercise his or her body by maintaining equilibrium in the bath.
