Abstract
The invention relates to an actuator for an electric push-button switch () comprising a housing shell () in whose shell opening () a holding plate () is placed. A holding suspension, together with outer stops () and outer counterstops () between the holding plate () and the holding housing permit the non-actuated holding plate () to be pressed into a defined outer position of rest (). A push-button switch (), which is arranged in the housing shell (), is, together with its switching element (), located in an extended position () that is effected by a switch suspension (). The aim of the invention is to provide an economical space-saving design. To this end, the switch suspension () of the push-button switch () is simultaneously provided with the function of providing the holding suspension of the holding plate (). Inner stops and inner counterstops are also provided between the holding plate () and the housing shell () and, in the event of an asymmetrical actuation, ensure a defined inclined position of the holding plate (). This controlled inclined position ensures that the switching element () of the push-button switch () reaches, even in this event, a contact-effective depressed position.
