Abstract
The present invention provides a thienopyrimidine compound, represented by the formula [wherein, Ris Calkyl, Ris (1) phenyl optionally having a substituent such as amino, mono Calkylamino and di Calkylamino, or (2) a heterocyclic group optionally having a substituent such as amino, mono Calkylamino and di Calkylamino and the like, Ris a hydrogen atom or Calkyl, Ris Calkyl optionally having a substituent such as Calkoxy-carbonyl, carboxyl, mono Calkylamino and N—Calkyl-N—Caralkylamino and the like] or a salt thereof, which has antagonistic action for gonadotropin-releasing hormone.
