A cleaning padis disclosed. The cleaning padincludes a cleaning pad that includes a combination of fibersbonded to a base sheetsuch that 100% of the fibers are bonded to the base sheetat a first joining locationand between 5-90% are bonded to the base sheet at a second joining location. The first and second joining locations may take a variety of forms such as discrete points, points on a line, or sections of a line.
