Disclosed is a bis(urea-urethane) compound of the formula wherein Rand R' each, independently of the other, is an alkyl group, wherein at least one of Rand R′ has at least about 6 carbon atoms, Rand R′ each, independently of the other, is an alkylene group, wherein at least one of Rand R′ has at least about 3 carbon atoms, Ris an alkylene group having at least about 2 carbon atoms, and Rand Reach, independently of the other, is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and wherein Rand R′ each contain no more than 2 fully fluorinated carbon atoms.
