Abstract
Provided are a primer set for amplifying a target sequence specific to, and, the primer set including at least one oligonucleotide of 10 to 100 nucleotides in length, selected from the group consisting of oligonucleotides each of which comprises a fragment of at least 10 contiguous nucleotides present in a sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 and at least one oligonucleotides of 10 to 100 nucleotides in length, selected from the group consisting of oligonucleotides each of which comprises a fragment of at least 10 contiguous nucleotides present in a sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2; and probes specific to a specific species of the 10 bacterial species.
